Blog content for Go Ahead Tours
When I joined Go Ahead in 2012, one of my first tasks was revamping the company blog. I worked with marketing stakeholders to create a loose content marketing plan, overhauled the way we collected info from staff who went on tour, created a publishing calendar, consulted on the new layout and handled all editing (and, for a time, most of the writing).
As our team and needs grew, I eventually transitioned away from managing the blog and our social media accounts to work on tour copy, email and direct marketing full time. I still contributed regularly to the blog and consulted on strategy. I also helped to better optimize the backlog of content to better align with SEO best practices as well as developments in the Go Ahead brand.
