Boston University: Student Health Services

The Problem: When the Student Health Services website was ready for an update, Boston University stakeholders decided to combine Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Athletic Training, and Sexual Assault Response & Prevention (SARP) into one easy-to-navigate site.

My Role: I arrived at BU after the project was already underway, but I came just in time to finalize the IA and align stakeholders (with four departments sharing one site, there were many) into a single content-generating machine. I helped concept, research, and write new content pages, including information for international students, information for visiting athletic teams, and a page of self-care tips for common illnesses.

The Result: Students had a single source of truth for all information pertaining to their health – no more searching through disparate sites to get the help they need.
